A Vision Realized

Cambridge Crossing is a fully reimagined and redeveloped 43-acre neighborhood in East Cambridge, featuring 4.5 million SF of mixed-use space, served by a newly completed extension of the MBTA Green Line.

CX was purpose-built to support the lifestyle and pursuits of thinkers, makers, doers, and builders working in the #1 life sciences cluster of the U.S. —a dynamic community of visionaries and pioneers destined to become tomorrow’s luminaries and leaders.

From centralizing retail, to adding and diversifying open space, to collaborating with city officials to locate the new Green Line stop at the CX site, we closely worked with all stakeholders to manifest a vision for a uniquely vibrant neighborhood engrained within the fabric of the existing community.

Today, we are proud to say we’ve accomplished that vision.
