Spread the love this Valentine’s Day at CX!

February 11, 2022

With Valentine’s Day coming up, we wanted to share how you can spend time with your loved ones and get to know your new neighbors at Cambridge Crossing.

1. Take a stroll around The Common at CX.

As we’re trying to find more ways to spend time outside during all four seasons, we’re excited to welcome a new winter light installation from LuminArtz and BRM Production Management to The Common at CX. Come shed some light on long winter days as the illuminated pathways bring some warmth to your heart! Share your moments with us by using the hashtag #CXLights.

Plus, the Musical Fence, reimagined and created by the Pickup Music Project, has found a permanent home at CX (and in our hearts!) Inspired by Paul Matisse’s musical fence installed in front of Cambridge City Hall in 1980, the sculpture is a blend of art, science, and community. Share your pickup music-making and use the hashtag #chimeinatCX!

2. Grab a hot beverage and catch up with friends.

Tatte has found a home within CX as another go-to spot to have a relaxing chat with friends and loved ones over hot drinks and a pastry. For Valentine’s Day, they’ve created some adorable heart shaped snacks to munch on, including a DIY cookie decorating kit that makes an excellent V-Day gift!

3. Bring your dog for a walk.

For those who have a four-legged love in their lives, there’s plenty of open space for running, playing, and sniffing galore! Take your pup for a walk around The Common, and don’t forget to tag us in your social posts with the hashtag #DogsOfCX for a chance to be featured on our Instagram.

4. Enjoy a romantic dinner at Geppetto or The Lexington Rooftop.

Whether you’re enjoying a comforting Italian-inspired creation from Geppetto or enjoying the stunning views from The Lexington’s heated rooftop, you’re sure to spend a beautiful evening with the ones you love.

5. Grab a beer at the newly opened Lamplighter Brewing Co.

This week, we welcomed Lamplighter CX’s retail counter to The Shed! Plan the perfect Valentine’s Day date night (or girls night) by picking up a case of your favorite Lamplighter beer and take-home cheeseboards. You can order online and pickup right in store!
