Making History: Parcel G Concrete Pour

On Saturday, September 7th, CX reached another milestone with the largest concrete pour in Boston history. This 13-hour pour laid the foundation for the 510,000 sf state-of-the-art lab building at Parcel G (350 Water Street). Sanofi will occupy 350 Water Street and adjacent 450 Water Street, a 405,000 sf office building, as it relocates 10 offices and more than 3,000 employees to its new home at CX.
