Cambridge Crossing Welcomes New Retailer Bon Me

DivcoWest, the national real estate investment and development team behind the destination neighborhood and innovation hub, Cambridge Crossing (CX), announced that Bon Me will be coming to CX in 2023. Bon Me, known for its Asian-inspired dishes, will be the fifth restaurant to join CX’s curated selection of local flavors and eateries, and the third to open in the neighborhood in the last 2 years. “We are excited to join Cambridge Crossing with our fifth location in the city of Cambridge. Our journey starting as a food truck helped us discover communities like CX, which are the perfect fit for us, vibrant and growing neighborhoods that value community and culture,” said Patrick Lynch, Co-Founder and CEO. “With this new location at CX, we are excited to expand our business, while creating good jobs for the people of Cambridge and beyond.” Bon Me will be located at 222 Jacobs Street and will offer a new expanded drink menu, as well as its classic rice and noodle bowls, soups, seasonal specials, and its play on the bánh mì sandwich, all crafted with locally sourced ingredients. The menu also serves vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly dishes providing options for everyone to enjoy. “With Bon Me’s focus on community and innovation, we’re thrilled to welcome them to the CX neighborhood,” said Dennis O’Donnell, Senior Director at DivcoWest. “Through thoughtful curation of our retail, we aim to continue fostering the region’s economic growth while keeping the area vibrant and buzzing with residents, tenants, and visitors.” CX’s other established eateries are Café Beatrice, Geppetto, The Lexington, Lamplighter Brewing Co. and Tatte Bakery and Café. Last year, in addition to welcoming Lamplighter, CX saw the move-in of more than 2,500 employees of Sanofi into their newly completed campus at 350/450 Water St., welcomed the first residents of Park 151, CX’s inaugural multifamily residential community and celebrated the opening of the new Lechmere Green Line MBTA Station at CX.
