Join us for Vinyasa Yoga with Down Under Yoga!

Join us in The Common at 6pm for a grounding yoga flow. This is an all-levels 45 minute class incorporating a fun and challenging vinyasa flow followed by beautiful guided meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed for whatever the rest of your day brings. All you’ll need is a mat, a bottle of water, and any props that will help you during your practice.

This class is FREE and designed for all levels. Bringing your own yoga mat.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.

Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
